Julie's professional background is primarily in human resources, she spent 20 years working for Xerox, starting as a trainer then moving into human resources and ending her career as a Customer Satisfaction and Quality Manager. Julie then moved to AstraZeneca, initially as a HR Business Partner and eventually became a Communications Manager. Julie feels that the opportunities she had with both these leading employers significantly improved her communication and interpersonal skills and gave her a great understanding of people and of business.
