Welcome from our CEO

I am incredibly proud to lead True Learning Partnership and to work alongside the talented children, colleagues and communities who make our family of schools such special places.

True Learning Partnership is a values-led organisation. We are ambitious for every child and young person, but our ambition extends far beyond examination results. We care about the whole child and are fully committed to inclusion, ensuring that every young person feels that they belong, are valued and have the opportunity to thrive.

We celebrate success in all its forms. That might be academic achievement, sporting success, music, drama and the arts, or the many wider opportunities and extracurricular activities that help young people discover their talents and interests. We believe that reaching one's potential is intimately linked to being happy, feeling safe and developing a genuine sense of belonging. That is why our schools invest heavily in pastoral care and support.

Our commitment to inclusion is equally important. Across our family of schools, more than thirty colleagues are either qualified SENCOs or are currently working towards the qualification. This depth of expertise reflects our determination to understand and respond effectively to the individual needs of the children and young people we serve.

We bring the same commitment to the development of our colleagues. Professional learning is central to our approach, and colleagues across the Partnership are undertaking accredited development ranging from apprenticeships and National Professional Qualifications, including the NPQ for SENCOs and Senior Leadership, through to Master's degrees and professional doctorates. We encourage colleagues to develop genuine expertise within their fields and to contribute to the wider profession. Many have presented their work at conferences or shared their expertise through professional and academic publications.

At the heart of everything we do are our five values: Aspirational, Collaborative, Compassionate, Curious and Inclusive. These values shape how we work with children, with one another and with the communities we serve. They are not simply words on a page; they provide the foundation for the culture we are building across the Partnership.

Our schools retain their individual identities and their important place within their local communities, while benefiting from being part of something bigger. They are supported by effective central services, including Human Resources, Finance, IT and Operations, allowing school leaders and colleagues to focus their time and expertise where it matters most.

Above all, we believe in the power of collaboration. Schools are stronger when they work together, colleagues develop when they learn from one another, and children benefit when expertise and opportunity are shared. Our aim is therefore not simply to build a group of successful schools, but a genuine partnership in which everyone contributes, everyone continues to learn and everyone benefits from the collective strength of our organisation.

I hope our website gives you a sense of who we are, what we believe in and the ambition we have for every child, colleague and community within True Learning Partnership.
